Your supplier approvals may exist. But can you prove them today?
Xpedeon surveyed 500 senior professionals at UK construction firms turning over more than £50m. The results show a gap between having compliance records and using them when it counts:
- 59% had mobilisation delayed by 24 hours or more because of documentation gaps
- 51% saw supplier payments or invoices held up by missing or expired paperwork
- 21% lost, or were marked down on, a tender because evidence took too long to produce
- 13% could produce an audit-ready compliance pack on the same day
